Hello! I’ve been working on a lua-based web backend and will likely be moving the forum and community infrastructure over to it in the future. What this means is: the forum will be completely remade and moved to community.possiblyaxolotl.com/forum, custom levels will get a separate dedicated part of the site, and other services and things may be added. This also means you will need to reregister as I will likely not be able to move passwords over, but all posts will stay associated with your email address until a new account is registered with it. may need to re-register, but I will experiment and see if migration can work before that. I’d also like to be super clear and strict about privacy which is another reason this is good cause I can guarantee exactly how it functions and detail it in the privacy policy.
Now, I was also wondering how people would want to see the forum after this? I do like how Flarum does it but I’ve had some struggles either its organization, but I can modify it to fit my needs better in a custom system. Would you all prefer that, a more traditional forum layout, or something completely different? Feel free to vote, and if you have any other ideas or feedback please let me know.
